Our Name

Dr. Charles Cattell, grew up in a rural community of economic poverty.  He graduated high school at age 16 and earned his dental degree from the University of Michigan.  He served in mobile medical units across Africa and Europe in WWII and lived a life of service with a passion for technology that could change lives. Cattellyst honors his life and spirit by identifying opportunities for scalable change in health systems that serve communities of poverty and takes action to bring about that change.
